The Money Transfer menu is not available from 3 to 6 a.m. due to maintenance.

The Money Transfer menu is not available during international roaming.

Packet communications charges for this service are applied separately.

In principle, this service is provided in Japanese only. However, information is provided in several other languages for user convenience but the information may be limited. In the event of discrepancy between the Japanese contents and the content in other languages, the Japanese version shall take precedence.

Please contact the docomo Information Center at 0120-005-250 to request for an application form if the system is under maintenance or if you use the Type Limit billing plan and wish to apply via Postal Mail.

【Restriction & Notes for each destination】

Remittance to China are temporarily suspended. The service will resume in the future.

Transactions to Venezuela is currently suspended.

When sending to a bank account in the UK, an 8-digit account number must be entered. If the account number is less than 8 digits, add zeros (0) before the number.

Remittances to the United States require an ACH routing number. Funds cannot be sent to accounts without an ACH routing number. Please check with the beneficiary financial institution if you do not know the ACH routing number. Only numbers are accepted for the ACH routing number and account number.

Allied Bank in the Philippines sets its own remittance limit for prepaid cash card accounts. Please be sure to confirm the limit with the beneficiary before making a remittance.

In order to receive remittances at bank counters in the Philippines, the recipient must specify an intermediary. Please refer to the list of intermediaries in the Philippines for cash pickup.

To send funds to a SMART MONEY account, please refer to Remittance Limits and Beneficiary Financial Institutions of the Philippines for details.

For Indonesia remittance, when recipient has only one name (For example; no last name), please enter IBU for female and BPK for Male under the field of First name and enter the name under the field of Last Name.
